About:
Odette is a French Canadian, modern-contemporary, still life artist living in Victoria, BC.In her artwork Odette is drawn to explore & incorporate many different mediums including paste, collage, gold leaf, texture paper, jewellery, ink, acrylic paint & charcoal, to name a few. In addition, encaustic is a new medium she's discovering & enjoying very much.Finding inspiration from the natural world & curiosity expressed in people’s faces, her style is imaginative with a vast use of colour & texture.
When not creating art in her studio, Odette enjoys travelling the world & spending time with her grandchildren.
